There's a $15 late fee charged after 10 minutes late, after 15 mintues late appointment will be canceled & you forfeit your deposit. Depending on appointments of the day I can decide if I have enough time to take your appointment. NO CALL/NO SHOW , you will loose deposit and 100% of service will be charged. The free fix is applicable within 3 days of the initial service date. 2. The issue must be related to lash retention or quality provided by our studio. 3. The client must schedule the fix appointment within the 3-day timeframe. Benefits: 1. Ensures client satisfaction with lash services. 2. Demonstrates our commitment to quality and customer care. Additional Policies: 1. For clients outside of the 3-day window, fills or touch-ups may be scheduled at our standard rates. 2.
